ME

ABOUT

I’m a good hang, fun to be around, and I love a good challenge. I’ve lived and worked across four continents, which has shaped how I see the world and approach my work. Big on sports, low-key a ping pong champ, and always down for great food.

My Story

My design journey began over a decade ago and has taken me across industries and continents. I started out curious about how people interact with technology and followed that curiosity into a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction. That foundation in research and human-centered design continues to guide me today.

Over the years, I’ve shaped products in healthcare, education, fintech, automotive, ride-share, government contracts, event industry, and more. Each experience adding new perspectives to how I think about solving problems. What connects all of them is a drive to create meaningful, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences.

Leadership

I lead the UX + Product Design DC Meetup, a community of over 800 members, where we organize events, facilitate discussions, and connect designers and product professionals across the region. Building and nurturing this community has been one of the most rewarding parts of my design journey.

I’m also a co-founder of Cowo & Creche, where I led the design, experience, and growth of a hybrid coworking, childcare, and event platform. I owned the end-to-end experience, translating user needs into services, spaces, and digital touchpoints that drive engagement and retention. Working across operations, marketing, and community, I helped shape both the product and the business from the ground up.

In addition, I serve as an Accessibility Consultant with The Resource Key, where I help organizations design more inclusive experiences for people of all abilities. Accessibility is not an add-on for me - it’s integral to creating products that truly serve all users.

I care deeply about growing design culture: mentoring designers, facilitating workshops, and building systems that scale across teams.

My strength lies in turning ambiguity into clarity, ensuring teams move forward with confidence and purpose.

Speaker and Mentor

Knowledge grows when it’s shared. I regularly host and speak at UX and product events, where I explore topics like design leadership, product strategy, AI and community-driven innovation.

Beyond events, I mentor through ADPList - See reviews, helping designers and career switchers navigate their growth journeys. Some of my favorite moments come from sparking fresh thinking in conversations, or seeing mentees gain the confidence to take their next big step.
